Alexius Kitchen Refund and Exchange Terms

Quality Assurance

Alexius Kitchen is dedicated to providing top-quality kitchen and dining items. We offer a 32-day policy for refunds or exchanges on all products, whether defective or non-defective, subject to specific guidelines.

Refund Procedure

To return any item:

  1. Check your delivery and report any issues within 32 days.
  2. Email info@alexius-kitchen.mybigcommerce.com with your order details and, for defective items, evidence of the defect (e.g., photos).
  3. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label.
  4. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Exchange Guidelines

For a replacement:

  1. Use the same process as for refunds to report the issue.
  2. Replacements must be of equal or lesser value than the original item.
  3. We cover all shipping costs for returning the item and sending the replacement.
  4. The new item ships after we receive the returned product.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Items reported after 32 days.

Eligible returns must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.

Chargeback Liabilities

By ordering, you agree to our payment terms. If you reverse a payment (e.g., via chargeback), you’ll owe:

  • A $50 fee.
  • The full order amount.

Unresolved debts may lead to legal action.
